Member History

DiMono stumbled upon redvsblue.com shortly before episode 37 was released. Quickly enamoured with the series, he created a transcript website based off his personal website chrismarks.net which would eventually become the resource network Rooster Tooths. When the new roosterteeth.com website launched in early October, 2004, he was quick to register, and is user number 493 on the new site.

He quickly became a well known user due to his active role in helping new members acclimate to the community. This led to him being hated by the members who frequented the BAR threads, because they decided he was helping people who didn't deserve it. As a joke to annoy those people, on the morning of March 4, 2005, DiMono was made a site moderator for a day. The moderator status was never removed.

DiMono's Role in RvBTO

RvBTO 0.5

DiMono secured The Hive for the event, as well as putting forward all $200 required to rent the venue, all on short notice.

RvBTO 1

DiMono interviewed the special Rooster Teeth guests during the screening portion of the event. When Burnie and Gus sat down to sell copies of the newly released Season 3 DVD, DiMono was behind the table with them taking money from the fans for Rooster Teeth.

RvBTO 2

DiMono was the webmaster for RvBTO 2, creating a fully functional website that was used to publicise the event and release information about the planning and past events. Rooster Teeth also sent him the merchandise that would be given away as prizes, briefly turning his basement in to "Rooster Teeth North." He also ran a machinima contest designed to create a small festival that was shown before Season 4 of Red vs Blue. During the screening of Red vs Blue, he interviewed Kathleen, Dan and Nico. During the Sunday game of Ultimate Frisbee, he was elected his team's MVP for scoring once and assisting once.

RvBTO 3

No longer the webmaster, DiMono instead worked as a copy writer and editer for press releases and announcements. He also ran a contest for people to submit videos that summarize seasons 1-4 of Red vs Blue, with the winning video being shown before Season 5 at the event. For the Friday of the event, DiMono organized a dinner at Shoeless Joe's for people who didn't want to attend paintball but still wanted something to do. Burnie, Becca and Luke all showed up to this unofficial part of RvBTO. He was unable to attend on Sunday due to a prior engagement. On Saturday he picked up a 310 pound Colombian man named Paul, known on the site as Phoenixrage. The video of this event is available on YouTube.
