The offspring of Megafire
The offspring of the name Megafire is clouded in mysteries, even to the creator. Rumor has it that it was in an arcade and there was a need for a name, and for some obscure reason, the name was 'Megafire'. It is also the only nickname that really sticked.
At 08/21/06, after a long period of ignorance, the user named Megafire signed up on the RoosterTeeth community, of course, many things have changed since then...
Nowadays Megafire is often abbreviated to: ‘Mega’, ‘MF’ (by most people) or ‘Omega’ (by MichyGeary). Other variations are also known (‘Flamey Boy’ and ‘Joey’(don’t ask) for example). And a recent one is: ‘Mr. Schizophrenic’.
Roosterteeth Career
At the beginning, Megafire was a quite noobish, with no real idea of how the site worked and not all too good English writing skills, he was not the best example. However he was eager to learn, and after joining a couple of thread, that quickly changed.
At first, the only threads Megafire joined were the Grif thread and the Season 5 Prediction and Discussion thread (also known as: the best thread ever) but more threads joined, and Megafire became well-liked in the community, making many friends, including the famous Tucker29 and MichyGeary (don't try denying it).
Other than that, Megafire aspired to be a writer as well, creating multiple stories, such as AI Revealed, Alter Ego, Change of Alliance and Past Profile.
Threads
Megafire frequents many threads, the most important ones being the Grif Topic, the All Things Simmons threads, the Comic Book Movies threads and the Forum Games Forum (mostly the Roleplaying section). There is also the lost glory of the Season 5 Prediction and Discussion thread and the RvB Starship Troopers.
The Grif Topic
The first thread Megafire ever joined. With Grif being his favorite character, the choice wasn't exactly that hard to make, through a wrong start (insulting one of the vets) Megafire eventually turned out to be a valuable member, and came up with many great theories and comments on those of others, with his main achievement on that matter coming up with a draftee/signed up theory that no-one really liked but they had to agree on it, since there was no argument against it.
Megafire was also one of the two users (next to keithOAR4eve) to be asked to recreate the thread once it had reached page 1093 (although they eventually settled on keith)
